About Randi Loeb
Randi Loeb, M.S CCC SLP is a pediatric speech-language pathologist with a specialized focus in Selective Mutism (SM). Through a whole-child/whole-family, evidence-based approach, Randi partners with families to foster confident communication. Her tailored support strategies are designed to meet children where they are, building a bridge toward meaningful connection and expressive freedom.
Randi is a founding partner and clinic supervisor emeritus of Children’s Speech and Language Services, LLC. She has over 25 years of experience as a licensed, certified speech-language pathologist. Randi received her Master of Science degree from the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Emerson College in Boston and was later an adjunct instructor there .
Randi works primarily with children ages 3–10. She provides assessment and communication consultations with comprehensive recommendations for parents/caregivers, teachers, and professionals, as well as advocacy and guidance in implementing those recommendations.
Randi’s extensive experience in social sommunication provides the foundation for her approach with children experiencing SM. She focuses on building a comfortable, trusting relationship with the child, guiding parents and schools in creating communication environments that support social interactions, and systematically broadening the range of contexts and the variety of people with whom the child speaks. Randi uses play, humor, and crafts to engage children. She often collaborates with psychologists who treat anxiety in children.
Randi is in private practice in Lexington, MA.
